The best way to get a quote is to reach out to us by phone or through our website. We will coordinate with you to schedule an initial project review and site walkthrough. Once we have had a chance to meet to discuss project goals and determine if we would be a good fit to work together on your project, you may request for us to create a quote for your project. During this initial meeting, it may be necessary to address whether engineered plans are required for your project. This may be required prior to creating a final proposed quote.
During our initial site visit and project review, we will determine whether engineering and permits are necessary. From there, we can assist you with next steps in securing the necessary permits and plans.
The cost of your project is based on the scope of work, cost of materials, labor, and any other associated permit fees and engineering costs (if required). If the length of the project and total cost estimate exceed a certain threshold, we will require a deposit upon signing the contract as well as monthly progress payments for work completed.
If your project requires structural changes, you will need to consult with an architect. We are happy to assist you in finding an architect if needed!
